Here’s a pretty big recap of my trip to Vancouver!
Well, we got off the plane and of course needed a way to the hotel…
In Vancouver, a limo is cheaper than ANY cab in Toronto!

We checked into the hotel, and of course I took pictures of the room.

Then we wandered around downtown for a bit, and stopped at a Mediterranean restaurant for dinner called Scoozis
We got some spinach dip to start, and then my mom had the lasagna and I had the cannelloni. For dessert we shared a huge but amazing cookie.

We were pretty worn out by that point, so we went back to the hotel to get some rest.
The next morning we headed to White Spot for breakfast (which became our daily breakfast spot because it was so good)! I got an extra egg in place of the meat I no longer eat

After filling up on breakfast we headed to Stanley Park.

Somehow we managed to find the aquariam. Which was pretty awesome, but also pretty tiny.

After a day at the Aquarium we somehow ended up on a bus tour of Stanley Park/Downtown Vancouver…
Which we later found out as an $80 tour, and not something you should be getting for free

Later that night, my mom’s amazing friends
brought us up to Grouse Mountain.
There was a Gondola ride and WAY too much delicious food. I almost exploded later. True story.

Back to the hotel we went, and once I awoke from my food coma it was WHALE WATCHING TIME!
We saw bald eagles, seals and lots of whales!
There was also a tour of Victoria, but that was pretty boring in comparison. Especially because I was sunburnt and cranky.

After a whole day of whale watching, we went back to the hotel to sleep…
Of course, we loved whale watching so much that we decided to go AGAIN.
We saw more whales, seals and bald eagles.

After another exhausting day, we headed to grabs ome dinner at Earls.

The food was amazing and so was the service!

After dinner we headed to bed, and had to wake up on Sunday and head home…
Of course or plane was delayed by 3 hours, so I spent my time hanging out at the YVR airport. Fortunately they have free wifi so I managed to survive.

That about sums up my trip to Vancouver!
