It’s kind of sad that I really no longer blog here…

I spend a lot of time reading blogs, twittering, facebooking, checking in to foursquare, and blogging over at getcraftee.com but I really don’t make time for this personal blog.

I’m going to start working on a new layout for the site. While I’m impressed that I designed this one myself, it doesn’t really fit me. It’s pretty boring and doesn’t have anything crazy or fun about it. It’s simple, and that’s just not who I am! I’m going to try and be a little bit more creative with the next one. Add in some colour and some drawings, pick a cute little font. I want it to reflect my personal style and give me motivation to ACTUALLY use it.

Until that happens I’m sure I will sporadically update.

Otherwise you can be entertained by my life on Twitter.

I’m in the middle of a computer switch right now, so I haven’t been posting much anywhere!
I just bought a MacBook and I haven’t even synced my iPhone with it yet, let alone set up my iTunes library. It’s kind of sad, but hopefully I will get a chance to do so on the weekend.

In other news, I have a new job!
I am now a cupcake decorator! It’s pretty much the most awesome job ever, and it’s pretty refreshing to not sit in front of the computer all day or have to think about work when I leave work.

I’ll start posting tons of photos soon, in the short time that I’ve been there I’ve already made some pretty fun stuff to share!
I’m going to be starting a cake blog soon as well, to post tutorials and photos, and hopefully turn it into some sort of business on the side.

Anyway, I’m off to write blogs for my other site!

Oh and p.s. I bought an iPad! It’s amazing. I’ll write about it soon!

I don’t know how many times I need to say it – but I’m the worst blogger ever! lol

Going through some big changes right now, and trying to find the time for everything!

I’m making a promise to myself to pay more attention to my personal blog…
Starting next week when I’m in Amsterdam!!!
I can’t wait! It’s going to be a 10 day “working” vacation. I want to do a lot of exploring, but I also have a lot of personal work to catch up on!

I can’t decide whether or not I love daylight savings time…
On the plus side, it’s 7:30PM and it’s still light outside and if I wasn’t feeling so incredibly lazy – I’d go for a walk! It leaves me feeling like I can actually have a life after work!
On the downside…waking up at 7:05AM when it’s still dark outside is KILLER. I pretty much just stay in bed until 7:30 because it’s just WAY too dark to get up.
Luckily, I can get used to waking up to darkness – so I think I’ll take my extra sunshine at night

I haven’t had much time for a life lately.
Work is killer.
School is killer (almost final exam time!).
My pet project is killer (soooo close to launch).

My new job is sucking out every ounce of energy I have (which is a lot considering how much coffee I drink) – so I get home and wish I could just sleep. Too bad that’s not possible!
The good thing about my job is it gives me incredible inspiration to start drawing and learning some new stuff! Everyone is so incredibly talented and I can’t wait to find some time to get creative again!

Alright – I’m off to do something that involves a couch and a TV!

  • I’ve made a baby shower cake (I’ll post it soon!). I’m taking orders if you want a custom cake/cupcakes!

• Learn to Crochet
  • I finally taught myself how to crochet! so far I’ve made 3 hats, and an ear warmer!

I’ll keep posting updates every few months! I think I got quite a bit accomplished so far though!
